This year's National Convention will be bigger and better than ever !
If you thought last year's Convention staging was amazing, you won't believe this year's incredible presentation. It's the MUST SEE, DON'T MISS event of the year!

Last year YTB was "Cleared for Takeoff" and that's just what we did!
The momentum continues as we soar toward our goal to become the largest travel agency in the world with "Liberty & Travel For All!"

This year's convention again offers Reps and RTAs the advantage of a huge selection of YTBU classes offered on Wednesday and Thursday, with enlarged classroom sizes in the America's Center portion of the complex. Also planned there: a greatly expanded Food Court and YTB Store, totaling
almost 80,000 square feet!

The convention General Sessions will be held in the Edwards Jones Dome,
home of the St. Louis Rams football team. The America's Center
complex and connecting Dome offer an incredible location
for YTB's biggest convention ever!

2   Register online.  Complete all the required information in the online registration process easily accessed from your Back Office.
 
3   Make your travel arrangements – air and hotel. Registration is for the National Convention  only, and does not include hotel accommodations for your stay in St. Louis. All events - Registration, General Sessions, and YTBU will be held at the America's Center/Edwards Jones Dome in downtown St. Louis, MO.

WHERE: America's Center and Edward Jones Dome, St. Louis, MO
WHY: Be numbered among the business builders, share the excitement, be a part of the awards and recognition, attend your choice of Training Seminars at YTB University on Wednesday and Thursday led by your field leaders, corporate team members, tax and legal professionals, and select vendors.
 
Beginning April 1, visit your Back Office to register for up to 10 YTBU classes. Classes will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 Noon, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm. You will be mailed reserved admission tickets for your registered classes.

Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GREAT NEWS!
We know that seating location is very important at the convention! You won't want to miss a moment of this incredible event. You will be seated in groups with your team. Your team seating assignment will be rotated for each General Session to allow everyone a great view. Your name badge and Freedom Back Pack welcome kit will contain your reserved seating assignments for each of the four General Sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT!
You will be mailed your name badge and lanyard, baggage claim ticket, and admittance tickets for the specific YTBU courses you have selected to attend .
(SEE OTHER EVENTS REGISTRATION BELOW). You must present your baggage claim ticket at check-in to pick up your Freedom Back Pack welcome kit, which contains the convention agenda, notebook and pen, commemorative lapel pin and coins, and a disposable camera that frames each snapshot with the convention theme!

If you register at the event, or forget your personalized name badge and baggage claim ticket, you will be directed to line up at the On Site Registration area to complete your registration.

OTHER EVENTS REGISTRATION:
Beginning April 1, 2008 visit your Back Office to register for up to 10 YTBU classes to receive reserved course ticketing.

REGISTRATION NOTES

NATIONAL CONVENTION TICKET: This Registration process is for the event TICKET only, and does not include hotel accommodations for your stay in St. Louis.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS: You may purchase additional registrations for family, guests, and friends by listing their names on the online registration page. There is no maximum number of people you may register. Online registration allows space for 8 names (including your
own). Should need to register more, please contact Rep Support.
INCLUSIONS: Your registration fee includes the following: Name badge and lanyard (your “ticket” which provides for entry to all General Sessions), your choice of up to 10 YTB University classes, and the Freedom Back Pack welcome kit.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
