The bottom of any MLM is always crowded because that's where 95% of all members start and stay! YTB is in serious trouble financially – YTB HQ is for sale ! YTB needs a big infusion of cash and the recruiters are having a difficult time of finding new sheep – I mean TSOs.
The average TSO made 111.00 in commissions in 2008. And they spent between 900.00 and 1700.00 to earn that. Not a great ROI is it?
This company is on life support and nothing will save it!
I haven't ran across any Corporate America J.O.B.'s producing millionaires! The 80/20 rule applies with everything. So, sorry to say while the average TSO only made that amount and spent more out… What activities were they doing? If I'm just shuffling paper work and not actuality working I'm not going to get paid either. If I don't produce at a J.O.B. I'm fired! Plus average businesses take 2-5 yrs. to see great ROIs. (Which they also tell you that this is not a get rich quick sprint. It's a 2-5 yr journey.) It's not for everyone! You get out what you put in. Work it like a hobby, get paid like a hobby. Work it like a job, get paid like a job. Work it like it's future changing and it will change your future. And I know because we're in that process!
As far as a ROI. You should or I will say, the TSO should be using their own site as well as advertising it. Like any new business. If you don't let anyone know your in business how can you do business? And if you don't believe in yourself and use your own business, why should anyone else? We personally made an additional $3,500 on our taxes alone with out even claiming all that we could. (Didn't keep good records the first year)And wasn't in pursuit as hard as we could have been.
YTB even gives a guarantee program. It was $6,000 when we started and $10K now. There are 'NO EXCUSES' why someone can't make it in this company. Plus we have added products with the travel. So, after all of that… If a person still can't get it going and making a profit. Ultimately they need to take a look in the mirror. Try some good ole' PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. It's not the system. It's worked for too many people. It's the person trying to work the system or change it.

If YTB is doing so well how come there are only 50,000 TSOs left and more leaving every day? Why does Coach have to sell YTB Headquarters. Why is Coach et all involved in so many lawsuits brought by former directors, his old friends and last but not least the AG of YTB's home state?
Why is Coach so heavily pushing ShopYTB rather than travel? Why is YTBs revenue coming from recruiting and not sales?
Why has YTB been steadily losing money every quarter?
Your not doing your bit to keep the company going Angela. Get those DVDs out! You are a DVD distributer/recruiter not a professional anything. I hope you arn't annoying people in the grocery check out, the church, the gym, the post office cause you are shilling a scam. You don't care if people make a dime as long as they sign up with you and make YOU money.
What you really mean to say is that YTB has failed hundreds of thousands and those failures were smart enough to stem the outflow of money and quit YTB. By this time next year, you'll be gone too.
