Is YTB corporate working to get re-installment of the IATA/IATAN?
Yes. YTB and our legal counsel are actively working with IATA/IATAN to resolve this issue and substantiate that YTB meets or exceeds both IATA/IATAN's regulations and our own high standards.

In your dreams on YTB getting an IATA. YTB was turned down again.
has the IATA issue been resolved?
Yes, it has been resolved. YTB will not be getting the IATAN back.
Why will YTB not be getting IATA back?
Why is YTB not getting IATA back?
I am so glad YTB will be shutting down all sites with their name on them. If I can't use the name of YTB, then no one else should be allowed to either.
And Cherie we do not know if YTB will be getting the IATA back and neither does anyone else. If Coach doesn't know, how do you think anyone here does?
some of these comments are halarious!…ROFLMA!!.
Bad YTB Bad!! Bad Boys ..you know you should share all the wealth….
Lets ask a basic question here:
Is YTB a cult?
The more and more I have read testimony from all of the 5 multi millionaires that hoard "all " of the money. You see these big checks and it is just a hoax. Don't be fooled by this. You see the lawsuits, bad reviews, and media headlines?
The little guys have the big dream that will never be realized because of the nature of this type of MLM. ummmm ummmm….shame shame
I have seen the financial statements and it just shows how corrupt you are!
Evil.
IATA/IATAN requires that each agent work no fewer than 20 hours a week selling/booking travel – actually selling travel products such as air, hotel, and car. An agent must also directly sell $5,000 in travel —not in franchises — a year. The YTB model of RTAs selling the YTB travel franchise does not qualify. IATA/IATAN will only accredit true, travel booking agents.
REPS sell travel stores and RTA's sell travel by directing clients to our website. Most of the RTA's I know work over 20 hrs/week pursuing clients to book travel and have sold over $5000 in travel.
If you really want to know the scoop on YTB go to the BBB and you will see they got an "F" on their rating. http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/travel-agencies-and-bureaus/y-t-b-international-inc-in-wood-river-il-110220794

That's the problem. Many critcs go by third-party new, that's been taken out of context or twisted. Why not just go to the source!
