I happily paid for my travel site. I love the opportunity that YTB offers and look forward to being successful in the coming future. My question is why after paying essentially a franchise fee do I have to pay for training? Shouldn't I get all the training I can handle for free? Wouldn't giving me the education allow me to sell the product better? If the travel industry is willing to provide education for free why doesn't the company I bought into do this?

Thanks for the reply. I should have been more specific with my question. I don't have mind paying to get certified, per se. I do have a problem for paying to learn about my business in my back office.

I'm referring to the travel portal - YTB Travel Network E Campus courses where you have to pay $29 for each individual course.

Its a good question.

Lets rally around this subject and get the costs reduced or eliminated.

Enough of us make a stink, we can get it eliminated.

I haven't taken these courses yet, but $29/course will add up fast for information that will only help my business and yours.
