Can you use frequent flyer miles to book trips through ytb web sites

I am a new RTA and have many sports teams and churches interested in the passort to giving program, being that I am new, I need to know what forms are needed , how do I sign groups up, I am meeting with a very large high svhool PTA bourd next week and they are excited about this, But I have no clue where to start..please help today if possible
