There are several changes that the U.S. government will be implementing in the coming months that will impact your cruise clients. Please review the following information and communicate these messages with them.

Effective February 18, 2008 – Passengers MUST be on board at least one hour prior to departure

Cruise ships departing from U.S. ports will be required by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, to provide the full passenger and crew manifest to the U.S. government 60 minutes prior to departure starting Feb. 18, 2008. This means that all cruise guests will need to be on board at least* one hour before the ship's scheduled departure.
In order for the ship to be able to depart port on time (and for your clients to be on board and not waving to the ship from the pier), following these suggested travel tips will ensure an on-time departure for all: Each passenger should submit their full and accurate identification information** to the cruise line as soon as possible but at a minimum prior to arriving at the departure port. Many cruise lines have online check-in available for guests that reduces the time they have to wait for their final boarding documents at the pier. Travel agents should encourage their clients to check-in online or offer to provide passengers' information to the cruise line with final booking.

To avoid last-minute boardings (and possible denial of boarding), ensure your passengers' travel arrangements leave plenty of time to make it to the ship. Cruise lines outline suggested arrival times at the pier on their Web sites and/or their cruise documents. Encouraging cruise guests to arrive the day or evening before and enjoy the port city is the best recommendation for a stress-free start to their cruise.

*Check with the individual cruise line for final boarding times (some are requiring guests to be on board 90 minutes prior to departure to meet this new government requirement).

If a passenger does not make it aboard the ship in the allotted hour-before-departure timeframe, they may be denied boarding because their name has not been vetted by U.S. government databases.
** These fields include:
Last Name
First Name
Middle Name

Most kids are curious and watch Ants, while most adults are stepping on them!!! Hmmmm, isn't it funny how we could learn from kids if we just kicked back and watched them watch Ants!!!

Today, in the US and now in Canada, there are a whole bunch of kids watching YTB RTA Ants attempting to build Ant Hills, and these kids on many blocks are trying to figure out what all these RTA Ants are doing.

In some colonies the direction from RTA Leadership Ants is very good because Power Team Ant Leaders are working side by side with their worker Ants to build a strong Ant colony with a structured foundation that will support a large Ant Hill for their Ant family's future for generations to come.

Every Ant in this colony is prospering, because every RTA Ant has a purpose and is willing to teach new Ants from other blocks how to build an even better and stronger Ant Hill than their own, without stomping or stinging them to death first.

This is called YTB Ant Hill Building 101.

However, the majority of RTA Ants are receiving little or no direction from their DIRECT Power Team Ant Leaders, causing bad habits to form, interrupting their daily work flow, causing them not to be able to build any kind of Ant Hill at all, because there is no unity amongst this colony of Ants.

The results, many Ants within these colonies go outside their colony to find work in order to survive, only to find the grave by getting stepped on by a bunch of grown adults that hate or don't like Ants. While other Ants jump ship and wonder into strong protected foreign Ant colonies and are immediately attacked and stung to death, or left terribly wounded and/or maimed, sometimes for life and then booted out.

Kids watching these Ant colonies have a choice to make, either learn how the prospering Ants build Ant Hills and follow this pattern and go out and accomplish their goals in life.

Or watch the Ants that are lacking in leadership ability, do what they want, just doing enough to survive in the colony. If the kids decide to take this direction they will find themselves working jobs they dislike for little pay or find themselves doing other things to earn money that are not deemed acceptable in this society and end up hurt or sometimes dead. Unfortunately they decided to follow the wrong colony of Ants.

Today we have about 305,000 Ants in YTB, which consist of (1) 7th Level Super Ant; (2) 6th Level Super Ants; (3) 5th Level Super Ants; (6) 4th Level Super Ants; (8) 3rd Level Super Ants, (22) 2nd Level Super Ants; (122) 1st Level Super Ants; (931) Coachs Corner Ants; (12,198) Power Team Ant Leaders; (44,926) Active RTA Ants; and (250,000) inactive RTA Ants that are either dead or terribly wounded and are in serous need of help.

Have the Wood River Ants in charge done their job? Absolutely, because they have provided the materials, blue prints, building permits, the tools, proper equipment, office staff and the knowledge to build as big of Ant Hill as any RTA Ant would ever want to build for only $499.90.

Our top leading Ants in Wood River are out amongst the YTB Ant colonies almost daily providing the finest support, making sure this can happen if the Ants listen and follow their direction.

Where then is the missing link that has allowed 250,000 RTA Ants to become disconnected and/or dormant?

It seems the Power Team Ant Leader is not looking after his/her Ants who paid their subscription for their YTB Ant Hill Building 101 handbook kit. The new RTA reported for work that day of sign up and was ready to build the finest Ant Hill on their block, and had the tools in hand to do that, provided by Wood River. However they needed daily supervision from their Power Team Ant Leader who they trusted and believed would help them build their foundation to support their dream of the greatest Ant Hill ever. But somewhere along the way got stomped on or stung or simply was forgotten, because their Power Team Ant Leader was to busy, or was on to the next possible RTA Ant sign up.

Right now, the Power Team Ant Leaders should MAKE the time to go back and take care of his/her hurting Ants that joined his/her Power Team, and hould sincerely help these Ants become Power Team Ant Leaders. If the Power Team Ant Leaders would do this, a huge number of inactive Ants would be revived in very short order.

By taking the time to do this you will become a highly respected Ant amongst your other working Ants in your colony, because your working Ants will see a true Leader in their midst and will work even harder to become even more productive themselves by repeating exactly what they see you doing for these hurting Ants above.

Remember, the biggest cash earning RTAs in YTB, Ron Head and Juliet St. John have built strong Ant Hills across the country by helping their Power Team Ant Leaders recruit seven other Ants to become Power Team Ant Leaders themselves and have just repeated this same process over and over again, until each are now earning over $250,000 a month with that figure continuing to grow, because they are still out amongst the Ants building Power Team Ant Leaders!!!

Remember simplicity is the root of all complexity.

It's simply all about the Power Team Ant Leader helping their worker Ants recruit seven more Ants to put that Ant into a leadership position as a Power Team Ant Leader. Because once you do this, the RTA you have helped is now earning money every week/month and has no reason to ever drop out. Every check that is sent out from Wood River gives even more of an incentive for that Power Team Ant Leader to work on their Ant Hill the next week, which in turn makes your checks coming out of Wood River bigger the next week as well.

Understand, my fellow working Ants, its in my best interest as your Power Team Ant Leader, to help you recruit your first seven worker Ants to get you into leadership position as a Power Team Ant Leader. Then its in my best interest to help your first six Ants recruit seven more Ants to get them into their Power Team, because they are still in my Power Team.

If you and I will just keep helping our worker Ants get seven additional worker Ants over and over again, we will earn a very sizable income each month from YTB. When we become satisfied with the size of our Ant Hills we can retire and our hard work will keep growing and paying us every week until we leave this earth. Then YTB will start paying our children and their children, and our YTB families will remain friends for life.

Fellow Teammates, lets always concentrate on our six new recruits in our Power Team and if the whole team will do this, we will build the strongest Ant Hills in YTB history!!! Why, because our Ant Hills will be built on the strongest foundations possible, POWER TEAM ANT LEADERSHIP, with 100% "no fall out" participation.

YTB is already putting the finishing touches on our Ant Hills by providing the finest quality travel portfolios in travel history. Our web sites are becoming more competitively priced daily, so the people we send are booking travel, and then we are paid the highest commissions in the industry, which is exclusive to YTB. ANOTHER HUGE BONUS!!!

With this said, you are equipped to go out into the USA, Canada, Bermuda, and the Bahamas to spread the good news, just as Ron and Juliet have done over the past five years to become the top Ant Hill builders in YTBs history.

I've built a company around it by using the strategies and secrets to drive my own sites up to the top of the engines.

How to do it?

Its not always easy but the one strategy I tell folks is this:

Get a blog.

Not an ordinary blog, but either a wordpress (self-hosted) blog or a self-hosted movable type blog.

I prefer wordpress, but after some consideration, I'm deciding to sell the very site you're reading.

Open up with a quick introduction. Introduce yourself and thank everyone for coming.
Let them know that you are excited about showing them how to travel for pennies on the dollars while saving on their taxes.

2.	Pop in the YTB DVD and let your prospects watch.

3.	At the conclusion of the DVD, dial up your sponsor or power team leader on your speaker phone.

4.	Your sponsor will get the names of everyone in the room and take questions over the phone.

5. Then they will ask everyone what they like best about what they have seen. Then the sponsor will ask everyone if they see an opportunity for themselves.

6. Over the phone, your sponsor will ask you to pass out applications to everyone in the room. Your sponsor/powerteam leader will go over the application and ask everyone to get started.
Those who sign up will be asked to go ahead and give dates for their first Grand Opening/travel Party.

7. Make sure you have a sign up sheet designed to put the travel party dates on the calendar. *

Use The Systems
1.	Use the System to drive your business. Working the system will help duplicate your organization 5 and 10 levels deep.

2.	Make your list and grade your list

3.	Plug into the orientation trainings Mon. 8:30 p.m. est. – 641-793-7505

4. Plug into the product training Thurs. 8:30 p.m. est. – 641-793-7505

7. Grand Opening travel parties/Hotel briefings

8. Three-way phone calls

It’s time to make our dreams a reality. It’s time to work the system to experience the power of duplication.

Your assignment:
Take 15 minutes each day to get familiar with your YTB sites. Also make plans this week to be on the upcoming conference calls.

What Is Your Time Worth?

What would happen if you placed a specific and measurable amount of money on your time? Kind of like if you saw ALL of your time in "billable hours/increments".

We all know that certain professions bill for their time. For example, I have a friend who is a very respected attorney in California. If you contract with him, he will bill you at $400.00 per hour. And he gets it all day long!

So it is fair to say that he sees his time worth about $100.00 for every 15 minute increment. And you can be sure that he isn't going to let you eat up an hour or two just listening to gossip, complaints etc. At least not without getting paid, huh?

What about you?

I affirm that I am a Level VI Director with YTB and that I earn $500,000 per month. That puts my time at almost $3,000.00 per hour; or $750.00 for every 15 minutes.

What does it look like if that is how I SPEND my time? What results would I produce given the value I just set for myself?

If you have a tough time even beginning to comprehend that, then pick a target you CAN see and move toward.

For example, you could say, "I affirm that I am a Level I Director with YTB earning $100,000 a year." That would make your time worth about $50.00 per hour.

The important thing here is this: that you are very intentional about what your time is worth and how you spend it. And are you ready for this?

What about WHO you spend your time with?

Is that a good investment, or are you wasting valuable time, and resources.

Frankly, at $50 per hour, we might have to take a second look at who wants our time and for what, huh?

Now, I will concede that not everything is about money. I love to volunteer for instance for certain causes like feeding the hungry.

But what I AM encouraging you to do, is to see your time as the most precious resource that you have, because it just might be.

If you are looking for International Airfares or Packages, for individuals or groups, make sure to keep this email. Using Consolidators, you can often find international airfares anywhere from 10%-70% off the published fares.

To find out more about consolidator tickets, log into your Travel Portal, put your mouse over the icon Agent Information, and click on Airline Consolidators

For those of you just learning, YTB has an agreement with International Vacations & Farebuzz : "These are the only consolidator sources endorsed by YTB, & These vendors are excited about YTB Travel Network and they want your YTB business."

You just log into your Travel Portal and click on the icon Consolidator Corner.

You can also get a list of other vendors/consolidators and their toll free phone numbers at
www.otid.com
Remember to click all the available pages on this site – they seem to have some consolidators more prominently featured than others

For Puerto Rico, you can contact Solar Tours @ 800-388-7652 or Travel Impressions may be able to assist @ 800-284-0044

Another site you can find consolidators is: www.usaca.com and choose your destination. They will give you the 800#'s, email and websites of the consolidators that specialize in that area.

Remember that a consolidator that specializes in Europe might NOT be competetive in South America, so make sure to check prices with Consolidators that specialize in the area you are looking for.

If you have any Groups traveling internationally (10 or more), this company has some Great group prices Thanks to Teammate Carol Vasquez for sharing this.
