Starting today and through the Convention you'll be receiving a brief daily note entitled, GoodDay@YTB.
It's designed to be a pretty simple 90-second read to start your day. Here we go: Have a Dream You know that as independent business person you are the CEO of your own business; you're the leader. A necessary characteristic of a good CEO is to have a goal, a dream, a vision for your business. What is your vision for your future? Write it down, draw a picture of what you want to accomplish. Scott says, "How do you want this to look in the future. How do you see it?" You've got to have a dream; if you don't have a dream, how are you going to make your dreams come true? Plan for Events You know that there are numerous opportunities daily and weekly for you to enjoy and even participate in marketing and training meetings, conference calls, training calls and various events? Check your BizReport and talk with your leadership.

Kim Sorensen announced last week that YTB achieved $425 million in travel sales in 2008. That's an increase over 2007's $414 million, ranking YTB the number 26 travel agency in the nation! Wow! In June, respected industry publication Travel Weekly will publish its new Power List of the top 100 travel agencies. People Need YTB Director Michael "Mike, the Travel Guy" Reams concludes every email with, "Find the people who are looking for you! They are looking now more than ever! Good Day @YTB is kaput. Not enough good days with all the bad press. Hey – Did you guys hear that coach stiffed a contractor working on his fancy dancy home – the River House – out of a million dollars! Can you send Coach a few bucks so he can pay the guy off and get the lein off his house? You will be blessed I am sure!
Or how about the stock now values at 10cents a share. Wall Street isn't too impressed by YTB. no one but a few cult members are anymore.
