YTB Has New CLIA Number
NEW CLIA NUMBER: 00632144
YTB has obtained a new CLIA number for ALL travel reservations. RTAs who book travel directly with a vendor MUST use the new CLIA number as it has replaced the old number in the suppliers' database. The new CLIA number is 00632144. Some suppliers may not accept cards with the old number, but may accept a copy of the agency CLIA certificate in conjunction with your ID card. Please contact RTA Support for the agency CLIA certificate to be faxed directly to the supplier. This certificate is available ONLY to suppliers and must be sent from the Home Office.

in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL. area.

Allan Frost of 3400 Galt Ocean Drive, Ft. Lauderdale has
advertised himself as a "Travel Consultant". He was associated with 4u2 Travel,dba Olwell Travel. He booked an 8 day cruise for myself and 9 members of our party on Royal Caribbean Cruises "Jewel of the Seas" February 9-17, 2008.In order to meet a lower price offered by another travel agent he offered to rebate to each member of our party $60 or $80 depending on the occomodation selected.
He promised that the rebates would be paid at the conclusion
of the cruise.
Almost 7 months have passed. I and other members of our
group have been in contact with Mr. Frost and the promised
rebates have not been received. Mr. Frost has not indicated
his intention to honor the commitment made or offered any
explanation of his failure to forward the refunds.
Olwel Travel has provided me with copies of receipts signed
by Allan Frost indicating that the earned commissions were
paid to him. The conclusions are obvious. His actions border on fraud and he should not be permitted to continue to serve as a member of the travel industry. I trust you will share this information with your membership.
