Founders Tour Draws Huge Crowds

FOUNDERS' TOUR DRAWS HUGE CROWDS!
Founder's Tour- College Park, GA - January 28, 2008
Host Directors: Donald Bradley,
Spencer Iverson, Floyd Williams
New Level 3 Director Spencer Iverson recaps: "The Founder's Tour event recently held in Atlanta was an absolutely incredible event. It was breathtaking to walk into a convention center to find 3,000 people sitting shoulder to shoulder listening to our Founder, Coach Tomer. I really believe that more and more people are beginning to realize and appreciate that Coach is a "living legend" and all in attendance were inspired by his words of encouragement regarding where YTB is currently and where we are headed in the future.

My family was also blessed to have received a promotion to Level 3 Director and I can't thank Jerome Hughes, my 3 CEO partners Floyd Williams and Donald Bradley and my entire team for helping to make this dream a reality. I am always humbled when being recognized because I know that it wasn't my own efforts, but the efforts of the thousands in my organization who continue to pursue their own dreams with YTB. The announcement was extra special that evening because my mom and dad were in the audience to witness the occasion! My prayer every day as a Director continues to be to help other team members to quickly become PowerTeam Leaders, Coach's Corner Members and Directors themselves. YTB is on fire in 2008!!"

Founder's Tour- Newark, NJ- January 29, 2008
Host Directors: Ian Olito, Joe Reid,
DeVone and Cheryl McCullough
Director Ian Olito shares his thoughts: "The YTB Founder's Tour arrived in Newark, New Jersey and was received in a ballroom with over 1,500 people in attendance; at least half were guests. This acclaimed evening sparked enthusiasm, spirit, conviction, and faith in YTB as Scott Tomer invited everyone to "examine the effectiveness" of the organization. Boasting over a half a billion dollars in travel in 2007, Scott predicted a billion dollars for the coming year. He spoke candidly about network marketing, reminding all present to "leverage yourself in others." As Scott gave an overview of how YTB was conceived, and how the company has blossomed, the audience was enthralled. The birth and future of YTB, as delivered by our CEO, was imparted with sincerity and humor and the applauding crowd rose to their feet. As Scott closed his message he said, "Don't get ready when it's too late! Get ready with the anticipation of it coming! [success and leadership in the travel industry]"

As RTAs and guests poured out of the ballroom many were heard to say, "I see it now… after listening to Scott!" The enthusiasm continues, as my Team, through e-mail, phone calls, and person-to-person dialogue cannot contain their excitement. This presentation was an event that impacted everyone. As the intensity builds we grow exponentially hour by hour, day by day. The vision is becoming reality."

Founder's Tour- Dallas, TX - January 30, 2008
Host Directors: Dave and Marlis Funk
Level 4 Directors Dave and Marlis Funk: "The coach was incredible in Dallas. There were around 1,000 people in attendance and it rocked. Coach talked about YTB, where YTB is going, and he did a special session on what you have to do to be successful in YTB. He also talked about Canada, Bermuda, and of course, the Bahamas. The Coach recognized several people for the job they have done in YTB. We cannot wait until he comes back to Dallas!"

Founder's Tour- Austin, TX- January 31, 2008
Host Director: Bill Hoffmann
Coach and Ron (Level 7 Director Ron Head) BRAVED the winter storms to get to Austin, TX where a crowd of 500 excited YTBers awaited. Coach talked about how last year there were less than 50 people in attendance when he stopped in Austin! Paul Compton hosted the Austin Founders' Tour; his entire team was there from as far away as California. Also in attendance were Directors Dean Johnson and Craig Sweet, Level 2 Directors Freddie and Terry Perez, and Level 5 Director Bill Hoffmann. Many people received the Prestigious Founders Award. The Austin group was very excited and promised to have over 1,500 next year on the Founders Tour!
