Founders Draws Huge Crowds

The first Founders' Tour event of the new year was held Monday, January 14, 2008 in Sarasota, FL. Level 2 Director Gary Adams states that the "awesome" event hosted approximately 900 guests, some traveling from as far way as Tennessee and Idaho to be present at the Founders' Tour Kick-Off. Many YTB Directors were also in attendance. Coach Tomer's theme for the evening: YTB is a very "doable" business in which everyday people can work and succeed. He spoke extensively on the YTB Compensation plan, saying that "all systems are in place and no one can keep you from doing well." Coach also touched on YTB's international expansion plans, including the partnership with Shanghai Spring Travel for the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Various Founders' Awards will be presented at each event to honor individual accomplishments, and can encompass awards for a Rep who reached PowerTeam status very quickly, been an exceptional leader or outstanding team player, increased their downline very quickly, etc.
