And… here's something else I'd like to share you might not yet be aware of… following up regularly with people you've already made a sale to is ALSO vitally important to protect your repeat business… and that's where most of your profit comes from, right? (this means your RTA's and travel customers)
Here's the number one reason why your customers may stop buying products and services from YOUR business:
They take their business elsewhere simply because they do not feel valued!
Given that you spend a lot of time, money, and effort to get a new customer, if you let them just slip away because of indifference, you might as well be throwing $10 bills onto the bonfire!
