Retention is the KEY in this business.
Secondly, you need to get ALL the RTA's on your team to one of the CRTA trainings, so they understand the value of the business they bought.
You want to ensure everyone has an "R" and a "C" next to their name. One for being an active RTA and the other for being certified (CRTA).
If you have not attented one of these classes, make sure to get to one !!!
If you have someone who has expressed interest in the business, but has not yet made a descision, invite them to one of these events.
99% of the Guests that attend these classes buy a Travel Agency !!!
So if you bring 10 guests…..you will sell at least 9 travel agencies
If you bring 1 guest….you won't sell more than 1 travel agency
How many would you like to sell ???
Let your guests know that you have the ability to allow them to "audit" our company training at NO cost and with NO obligation, so they can get all their questions answered, and make an "Informed Business Decision" about being a Travel Agent with YTB.
These are the last 22 CRTA's that will be held before the Nat'l Convention in August - try to send a guest to each one of these !
